At Loréva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please review the details of our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 30 days, we cannot accept return requests.

  • Product Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please return the product in the same condition you received it, with all tags, accessories, and original packing materials included (if applicable).

  • No Exclusions: All items are eligible for return. We do not have any product category exclusions – everything sold by Loréva can be returned as long as it meets the above conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@loreva.co within 30 days of your purchase to request a return. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return in your email.

  2. Follow Instructions: Our customer support team will respond with instructions on how and where to send your return package. Please do not ship the item back until you have received our instructions, as the return address may differ from the address on your original package.

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

  • Shipping Method: You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice to send back the item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt for your records.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Any shipping fees paid on the original order (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., the same credit card or PayPal account you paid with).

  • Inspection & Processing: After your returned item arrives, we will inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in its original packaging. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

  • Processing Time: We do not guarantee a specific processing time for refunds. Typically, the refunded amount will appear on your account within a few business days, but this depends on your bank or credit card issuer. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

  • No Direct Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges for any items. If you need a different size, color, or a different product, please return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
