  • Carrier: Loréva ships all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). We partner with UPS for their reliable service and detailed package tracking.

  • Service Options: At this time, we use standard UPS shipping services for all packages. If we introduce additional shipping options (such as expedited or overnight shipping) in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number by email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time on the UPS website.

  • Address Requirements: Please provide a physical street address for delivery. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, so a valid residential or business street address is required to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Variable Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. During checkout, our system will automatically compute the shipping cost for your order based on the UPS rate for your address and the package weight/dimensions.

  • Cost Preview: You will be able to see the exact shipping charge at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible while using a reliable carrier. If your order is particularly large or heavy, shipping may cost more, whereas smaller orders to nearby locations will cost less.

UPS provides estimated delivery dates via the tracking number we send you. We recommend checking your UPS tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery estimate once your order is shipped.

  • Note on Delays: Please note that delivery times do not include the 1-3 day fulfillment period. After shipment, unexpected factors (such as weather disruptions, peak holiday shipping traffic, or unforeseen carrier delays) could occasionally extend delivery times. International Shipping

  • Domestic-Only Shipping: Currently, Loréva ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. This includes all U.S. states and the District of Columbia; however, we are unable to ship to U.S. territories or overseas military addresses until further notice.

  • Future Plans: We know there is interest from customers outside the U.S., and expanding to international shipping is in our future plans. We are actively working on logistics to safely ship our products worldwide.
